When it comes to Mustangs, Justin’s Performance Center is one of the leaders of high performance builders. Just recently we showed you the company’s 875rwhp ‘03 Cobra build, but if you’re looking for insane horsepower numbers, that’s just not going to cut it. Luckily, JPC knows all too well about crazy power and just recently proved it by building an insane 2010 Mustang that, get this, produced 1,291 rwhp on E85 fuel. And if that’s not jaw-dropping enough for you, check out the dyno numbers it laid down after a few tweaks and a fuel change in the video above.

This gorgeous blue beast is owned by Scottie Jordan, and contrary to how it may be perceived, this Mustang is one of JPC’s most “streetable” cars ever built, according to sales specialist Aaron Leblanc. Although the car is far from stock, it still maintains its power steering and brakes, air conditioning, full factory interior and factory transmission. Other than that, the list of modifications is quite extensive, including Raxiom Aero Tailights and American Muscle AMR Wheels we found out on American Muscle’s Facebook page.

“I really can’t think of one item on this car that’s ‘stock,” Leblanc told us in an email conversation. “The entire build list on this car would seriously take all day to write up.”

While this may be the case, Leblanc did clue us in on some of the engine upgrades found on this Mustang. Fitted with a Ford Racing Performance Parts 5.0L block, the Mustang makes use of a Kellogg stroker crankshaft, billet rods, forged pistons, Kenny Duttweiler ported 3V heads, Manley intake valves and springs, and a GT500 throttle body.

The engine also features custom JPC/ RGR camshafts, a JPC cast aluminum intake, custom twin-turbo kit with twin PTE 6766 CEA turbos, air to air intercooler and Turbosmart E-Boost 2 boost controller, 105 lb-hr injectors, and a JPC fuel system with 3 Walbro fuel pumps. As we said before, this potent engine is backed by the factory transmission, which has been enhanced with a McLeod RXT clutch.

This car is crazy impressive and even more so with its performance numbers. With the latest tweaks and a switch to FTW Purple fuel, the car laid down a massive 1,291rwhp. That will certainly get Jordan some attention when he takes his car to the Texas Mile later this year.
