If you are into fast cars, chances are you know a professional auto technician. Maybe you are one yourself? If so, you the fine folks at MAHLE would love you to use their Original gaskets and to promote these products the company is giving away a twin-turbo Petty’s Garage Mustang and more as part of its Drive With The Original promotion.

As part of its Drive With The Original contest designed to promote its Original gasket products, MAHLE is giving away a twin-turbo Mustang from Petty’s Garage worth $100,000.

“The MAHLE Petty’s Garage Ford Mustang comes with distinctive custom paint in MAHLE blue and is powered by a twin-turbo, 1,000 horsepower 5.0-liter engine,” says the company. “The engine is built with MAHLE internal components throughout, which includes MAHLE Original branded gaskets. Petty’s Garage has specially modified the suspension, spoiler and interior. Upgraded, high-performance wheels and tires complete the package.”

As we mentioned, the contest is not open to everyone. You must be 18 years old and employed by an automotive repair business. However, if you suggest the contest to your auto tech friends, maybe the winner will show appreciation by giving you a ride in the Petty turbo ’Stang.

The contest, which also awards over 2,400 instant prizes, began late last year and will continue through October 1, 2017. It is, however, only open to professional automotive technicians.

“This is a great way for us to thank technicians for putting their trust in MAHLE Original gaskets,” said Jon Douglas, general manager of MAHLE Aftermarket North America. “We’ll be giving away thousands of prizes, including a fabulous custom Mustang from Petty’s Garage.”

In addition to the chance to win the Petty Mustang, contestants will also have the chance to win one of 2,400 instant prizes, including a Richard Petty Driving Experience (Rookie), a diecast #43 car, a MAHLE baseball cap, a MAHLE cowboy hat and a Petty cooler mug.
