Now that the Mustang is a world car, we can easily expand the list of dream drives on our bucket lists. While roads like the Pacific Coast Highway and the Tail of the Dragon were easily attainable when the car was only sold in North America, the possibilities are now endless.
Ford recently hosted European media to drive the 2018 Mustang in the south of France. This sounds amazing enough, but Paul Wallace, of Supercars of London fame, had an even better idea. He took a detour and drove an Orange Fury Mustang to Monaco, where he prowled the streets with exotics.
I still believe there is Mustang magic within this legend that makes you feel special… — Paul Wallace, Supercars of London
“How could you not fall in love with a car when you have this scenery and these roads to take in,” Paul enthused.
If you follow his videos and social media posts, you know that Supercars of London focuses primarily on high-end machines. That said, he seemed quite taken by the latest Mustang because of its deft balance of performance, style, and value.

Paul Wallace, of Supercars of London, took a jealousy-inspiring detour through Monaco while evaluating the 2018 Mustang GT. The Orange Fury machine garnered looks just like the exotics that it followed through traffic.
“There are so many cars you can buy for about £40,000, but I don’t think any of them will give you the same feeling as driving this car would. They are all just a little bit clinical and samey…” he added. “I still believe there is Mustang magic within this legend that makes you feel special and gives you that attachment to the car when you are driving it.”
Now we just can’t shake the idea of taking a drive like this in the latest Mustang. Daydreams of running from a Bond villain through Monaco and along the Mediterranean Sea in a second-gen S550 are in our heads. Where in the world would you want to drive the latest Mustang?
