In the last episode of AmericanMuscle.com‘s “Hot Lap” video series, we got a glimpse into its latest project car for the new year–video host Stephanie’s 2017 Ford Mustang GT. In that segment, the folks at AmericanMuscle upgraded Stephanie’s Mustang by installing an AirLift Performance air suspension system upgrade, along with a Barton Industries shifter with a matching OEM Shelby GT350 shift knob, a Kooks cat-back exhaust system and a set of Race Star Industries wheels.
In this featuret, the folks at AmericanMuscle had the privilege of touring the Hurst Performance facility out of Southern California; showing enthusiasts an inside look at what Hurst is known for, and what’s on the company’s agenda for this year.
Along with Hurst's shifters and its new exhaust systems designed by Flowmaster specifically for the company, the folks at Hurst had its 2016 Ford Mustang GT development car on display. Justin Dugan had the opportunity to rip a few donuts in an abandoned parking lot in this bad boy.

Next up on the Hot Lap series list was AmericanMuscle’s all-new 2016 Ford F-150 EcoBoost project truck, as detailed below.
The new F-150 EcoBoost project truck debuted in this month’s episode, and received some much needed upgrades from the folks at AmericanMuscle. All in all, this twin-turbo V6 powered pickup truck gained a respectable 82 horsepower and 74 lb-ft of torque from just a few boltons. Not bad for a base truck!
Stay tuned for next month’s episode from the folks at AmericanMuscle.com.
