If you are a Southern California car enthusiast looking for an event to attend this summer, Nitto Tire has something you just might not want to miss. For the fifth year in a row, the company will take over Angel Stadium, in Anaheim, California, for its Nitto Tire Auto Enthusiast Day.
The annual event, presented by Driving Line, brings together some of the biggest names in the automotive world along with some of the largest car clubs on the West Coast for a day that truly is all about you, the car enthusiast. The event is free to the public and includes a variety of car culture activities, such as drifting, off-road demonstrations, and a complete vendor midway featuring automotive products, giveaways, food trucks, and much more.

Last year’s event in Anaheim drew a crowd of over 20,000 participants and was Nitto Tire’s largest enthusiast show to date.
Auto Enthusiast Day also gives fans the opportunity to watch some of their favorite professional drivers in action. Past events included Nitto’s own drift and Ultra4 team drivers displaying an afternoon of killer driving demos, which included Vaughn Gittin Jr. in his Mustang RTR, Ford Performance Focus RS, and the Ultimate Funhaver F150. Alex Heilbrunn brought out his 2JZ-powered S13 missile car, and Matt Powers was on hand in the fan favorite Heartbreaker S14. Formula Drift drivers Ken Gushi and Tanner Foust have also been known to frequent the Southern California event as well.

Auto Enthusiast Day also features one of the most diverse car show lineups on the West Coast. Import, domestic, and truck car clubs are all invited to participate in the car show, which awards a wide variety of custom-engraved trophies for the winners.
The 2017 Nitto Tire Auto Enthusiast Day is a family friendly event. There is plenty of parking outside the venue for those looking to park and walk the large vendor displays.
Driving Line will also be on hand with free giveaways as well.
