For 2017, the company has been responsible for building over 400 specialty vehicles. So it came as no surprise when the company announced the return of one of the wildest off-road projects — the VelociRaptor.

The company’s latest VelociRaptor 6×6 project is based on the current generation Ford F-150 Raptor SuperCrew and is powered by an upgraded twin-turbo engine that will produce 605 horsepower and 622 lb-ft of torque. Debuting at this year’s SEMA Show, the VelociRaptor 6×6 concept took 11 months to build and gave Raptor enthusiasts a first-hand look at a custom build that was designed to handle any off-road adventure you can throw at it.
“The VeliciRaptor 6×6’s appearance at SEMA was just a sneak peek, but we are done testing,” said John Hennessey, Founder, and CEO of Hennessey Performance Engineering. “It is time to uncage our monster of a truck.”
The VelociRaptor 6X6 pickup starts at $349,000 and includes the base 2017-2018 Raptor four-door truck. The company is accepting orders for a limited production run of 50 VelociRaptor 6×6 trucks and is making these vehicles available for export around the world.
